Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ServerChest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

ServerChest is a cloud dashboard that allows you to monitor, back up, and manage Odoo server instances via a lightweight agent installed on your servers. The service includes a web dashboard, a WebSocket relay, and a Python agent.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization.

ServerChest offers free and paid subscription plans. Free plan features may be changed or limited at any time. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected at checkout. All prices are shown on the Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued. If payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the free plan after a 7-day grace period. Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days.

You agree not to: • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure. • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service. • Use the service to store, transmit, or distribute malicious code. • Resell or sublicense the service without written authorization.

You retain full ownership of your servers and their data. ServerChest acts as a management interface only. Backup files are transferred directly from your server to your own cloud storage — we do not hold copies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your backups are complete and restorable.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The dashboard, relay, and agent may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or events beyond our control. We are not liable for data loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

The ServerChest agent runs on your servers under a service account you control. You are responsible for keeping the agent updated and for the security of the servers on which it runs. The agent source code is publicly available and may be audited at any time.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@serverchest.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your dashboard data is deleted within 30 days.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlAfaq Al-Alamiah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of ServerChest. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
